Though the snow in Vail has melted by early May, the adventure doesn't end when warm weather abounds. Vail offers summer fun for the whole family, including concerts, outdoor activities, fine dining, shopping and much much more!

FAST FACTS

1) Vail Village is modeled after a traditional Bavarian Village. With this European design, the majority of Vail Village is designed specifically for pedestrians, not cars.

2) Vail is currently undergoing a Billion Dollar Renewal, a part of Vail's New Dawn. This project will add new lodging, dining, shopping and activities to the #1 resort in North America.

SUMMER WEATHER

Summer temperatures average in the 70s to 80s F (20s C) during the day, and can drop into the 40s F (10s C) in the evenings.

The Vail Valley has very low humidity and is very dry. The sun shines approximately 320 days a year. The weather can change quickly in the mountains. Always be prepared for wind, sun and rain.
